Bleeding depends on your endometrial thickness, your overall health, weight hemoglobin levels. Needs to be evaluated. Single episode doesn't needs to be treated but if you consistently have less bleeding as compare to your previous cycles then evaltion and treatment is needed

If it is too less , then first wait for few days (3 days) still less then take Progynova 2 mg tab -1 tab morning 1-tab evening after food -3 days
