Question: my T3, t4, TSH are now normal after taking medicine from last 2 months. What should I do next ? Question : can be controlled it through exercise and diet plan ? Please suggest All details of patient are attached. Thanks

While obesity can be associated with jncreased tsh levels the jncrease in TSH is generally mild. Most cases of hypothyroidism are due to an autoimmune condition called hashimoto’s thyroiditis and requires lifelong treatment. Consult your local endocrinologist so that he may evaluate accordingly.
