Primary dengue fever

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I have been detected with primary stage of dengue as per blood report .My fever is gone but now I have itchy rashes on body .Is this normal because doctor didn't ask me to get hospitalized and gave me medication only with fluid therapy. When should I get hospitalized like with which symptoms are severe ones?
