Hi I have a pricking needle like feeling when I am swallowing anything .it's happening since last two days .can any one guide me what to do

It may be because of pharyngitis or some ulcer. Get a consultation with ENT doctor physically or on video. Meanwhile do gurgles with betadine diluted in half glass of water three times a day. And take tablet ketorol dt for the pain as an when needed
