Preventing diseases
Hi, in my family, my mom has problems with high blood pressure and 2 of my uncles suffer from diabetes. Two of my aunts also suffer from huntington's disease. I want to know if there are ways I can prevent myself from getting any of these conditions later in life and be healthy.

Diabetes and hypertension can be avoided by regular exercise, weight loss, proper diet. You must be careful about the fat near abdomen. Huntington's chorea however comes to the children of the patient. It cannot be avoided. You can detect early by genetic testing(CAG repeats).
