Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Science has answers to a lot of questions.
To prevent kidney stones one myst drink lots of water.
Avoid stone causing foods. Dont eat too much of those foods
But you cannot diagnose stone at home and for that you have to consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
