Pressure in upper right side
I have allergy from dust mites and various other things of +1 level , it really affecting my life in such a way I m even not getting motivation to do anything, whenever I do something with exertion I get exercise induced asthma , I always have blocked right nose , ear and pressure arround ear and back of head , I always have breathing problem which feels always in right lung to right throat to right nose , I have a hard growth in upper lining of nose in right side , Doctors prescribed allergy shots ,what can I do on daily basis to atleast get relieved till my allergy course not gets completed so that I can get back to daily work

Rule out allergic airway disease and if present Inhalers can reduce the symptoms. Regarding nasal polyps consult a ENT specialist and proceed accordingly

Pl identify the Allergens and avoid them.pl have Allergy immunotherapy. Pl consult pulmonologist with detailed history and reports and treatment taken for better evaluation and treatment.
