You’ve to continue another one months of anti tuberculosis drugs along with rest of you medication, which is probable cause of your gastric problems.
Next Steps
Take your Anti-Tuberculosis DOTS medication empty stomach along with strong antacids.
Rest can be taken same as you are taking.

history not very clear,but seems you are on anti tb drugs,gastritis due to which is common. take antacids for that and modify your diet to less oily and spicey.
try to lose some weight it will help you.
