Heaviness in chest
Hi, I am able to do exercise like skipping, running, jogging, climb stairs atleast 4 floors without breathlessness, i dont know have any problem. But when i speak in lying down position on bed specially in phone, i get heaviness/pressure in chest and mild pain feeling in chest. I did xray, ctscan, ecg and 2d echo. All are normal. I also done Spirometry and Spirometry was also normal. Please help why i feel heaviness in chest while speaking in lye down position. Please help Thanks

If all the reports are Normal, need not worry. Pl do pranayama,and consult pulmonologist for further evaluation and treatment.
