Pressure cooker are safe or not
Hello Recently i went through one article that they are mentioned cooking foods in pressure cooker is not safe and it is losing its nutrients and broken not safe for health but i have been using pressure cooker only to save time and gas also doctor recommended to use cooker to boil the lentils and mutton im totally confused

Hi Cooking in pressure cooker is safe don't over cook it and have salads fresh . Eat seasonal fruits and vegetables..

Over cooking always happens to kill the nutrients.. Pressure cooking is the healthiest way to preserve the nutrients but sometimes exposing to high temperature may lead to the loss. Thanks.

Hello user Using pressure cooker is for our own convenience. We should use cast iron , stainless steel , ceramic or clay Things that take time like rajma Chana etc you can use cooker but for daal that cook easily can be done in degchi etc Chicken n meat can be cooked in open vessel .
