Preservatives
Even medicinal syrups contain preservatives and also health drinks and also in flavoured glucon d. Is that harmfull if our kids consume it? I am giving only home made foods for my son. Including millets porridge, dry nuts, fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, plain aavin milk. Shall i give him packed health drinks?
