Prepone periods
How can I  prepone my periods by 5 days as I want to go for Kerala ayurvedic retreat and want to finish off with the periods before I leave. My last period date was Nov 14 and I usually get my periods in a span of 25 to 30 days and want to finish my periods before dec 11
