Preoral dermatitis post symptoms
Pre-oral dermatitis have improved after consultation but there are red dots in lips and black patches. How to get cure for the same. Please help. Picture attached for this issue.

This is a normal body response to Peri oral dermatitis. It will resolve spontaneously with time.
Just make sure u keep the skin hydrated with a medicated moisturizer and also a lip balm
Avoid any cosmetics till it resolved completely.
