Prenatal vitamins

Asked for Female, 17 Years

Im 4 months pregnant my doctor gave me some prenatal vitamins to take i am supposed to take one a day but when i take them i feel sick i get really bad cramps and start feeling weak i stopped taking them for about 4 days and feel much better but i dont want to harm the baby by not taking them should i just keep taking them or can i stop taking them and still have a healthg baby?
