Is Folic acid 5mg bad if trying to get pregnant. I read 400mcg is recommended. I can't find this composition in any tablet. I had a miscarriage 6 months ago. Please advice.

It is good if you are trying to get pregnant Should ideally  be taken 3 months prior to conception Considering your age and history of miscarriage In India folic acid is available only as a 5 mg dose
