PREMATURE WHITE HAIR IN 5YR OLD

My 5year daughter has premature white hair( around 30). b12 test report - 890. doc prescribed placentrex gel, octomop tab 2 times a week and bcomplex with vit c syrup. im very worried as b12 is already high. also my husband had premature white hair in school. KINDLY SUGGEST.PLSS. SHOULD I STOP MEDICATION? IS ANY OTHER TEST REQUIRED? HOW TO STOP WHITE HAIR.
