Premature hair greying

Asked for Female, 39 Years

My daughter is having 10-12 gray hairs in front of her head. It's increasing continuously. She has a lot of dandruff in the front part of head where the hairs are becoming grey. What can she do to stop this?? Can this be fixed? Can these grey hairs be reversed??
