Premature Greying

If premature graying is in your family, maternal or paternal, treatment will not help.
If not, then simple balanced diet, good intake of water, stress free life, and clean environment will help. Donot use specialized oils or shampoos. Use only basic ones that are available for more than 20 years.
Sleep well and early.
If a non vegetarian, have medium to small sized fish.
And the grey hairs will not turn black. It is an irreversible condition.
