Premature grey hair on the front line
Initially found a grey hair and it has increased a lot over time. I worked in night shifts for 2 months. I also have white spots and a few grey to black spots a little above my chest area. I had black patches or spots on my back which was recognised as a fungal infection by a previous dermatologist.

Premature greying or canities is quite common these days and because of your work stress, you are having a same issue. Though treatment options are available , results are not so promising but still trial of certain medication can be taken Many deficiencies/ hormonal conditions can also lead to canities so better to get those reports and treat the cause accordingly
