I had got my first premature grey hair at 14 but only one or two after entering into class 10 Due to high stress I think it had 100× doubled how I have 50% to 40% have greyed now what do I think I can do shall I dye it with semi permanent dyers please write me email I am not able to walk i feel embarrassed a lot i feel more stressed i have taken recently h- vit biotin tablets but didn't notice a big change.
