Premature Grey Hair
I'm 18 years old. It all started way before because of hereditary and I tried Homeopathy, regular intake of almonds, oiling, etc. Is there really a solution for grey hair and have any doctors here successful stopped the growth of grey hair?!

For prevention: drink good amount of water daily, avoid smoking, late night sleeps, fastfood and colddrinks, add dry fruits and fruits more frequently to ur daily diet
For management: there are tablets and lotions available, contact your near by dermatologist for the same.
