Premature grey hair & skin growth issue

Hello Doctor, My son is 2 years 6 months old. I have two concerns: 1. One grey/white hair on his scalp, first noticed on [12th Sep'2026]. No other hair changes so far. 2. Skin bumps: a single 3-4 mm pink, dome-shaped, pearly bump on his right upper arm, growing gradually. There is also a tiny 1-2 mm red bump near his mouth/chin and a faint red patch on his cheek. No itching, bleeding or pain.PFA FOR REFERENCE. Kindly help me with this(root cause) and also should we consult a dermatologist or pediatrician(my son is 2yrs 6 months) And kindly suggest the doctors names as well for online consultation .thanks 🙏
