Premature gray hair
I'm experiencing premature gray hair from past 3 days. I have about 3strands of gray hair. It's not genetic. My parents didn't get white hair till the age of 50 . What must be the reason? Can low biotin cause this problem? I'm a vegetarian what must I include in my diet ?? However I had tested my vit b12 level for other reason 3 months back and it was vit b12==398. Can shikakai, amla reverse the process?? Pls help
