Premature ejaculation
I am suffering from premature ejaculation .also I am having pain in testecles and abdomen when am thinking of having sex and if am not doing at that time pain starts. Mostly in left side
And once it's done and ejaculation occurs I feel better. What might be the reason for this .

Hello... Testicular pain is due to contraction of cremasteric muscle.. During sexual excitation tension builds up... Overmasturbation causes fatigue, insomnia, premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction,testicular pain etc... Avoid masturbation . Try to divert mind , hang out with friends, develop good habits , play gamed, read books, take away guilt from your. mind ,be positive
have healthy nutritious foods, do exercise ,yoga
