Dear Friend,
The problem of premature ejaculation is best addressed with a visit to a a sexpert. In the meanwhile, kegel exercise can be practised on a regular basis. There are many causes of this condition, including psychological and biological. Psychological factors include stress, depression, anxiety, sexual abuse, etc. Biological reasons are abnormal hormone levels, abnormal levels of neurotransmitters, local infection and inflammation. Counselling and behavioural therapy help improve the condition. You can practice pelvic floor exercises like kegels, in the meantime.
