Premature ejaculation
Hi sir, during my childhood day while masterbating I pulled my foreskin too hard and as a result the base of the foreskin which connects the glans got completely dialoged and now the movement of the foreskin and penile shaft is too much when I have sex with my wife and this excessive to and fro movement of penile skin causes extreme sensation and results in premature ejaculation and I and very upset with this. Request if you could advise on the circumcision for excessive sensation fr penile skin

Cause of early ejaculation might be other than excessive sensation. Evary man have same sensation. Circumcision wont solve it. Need to examine and evaluated. Medication needed to treat it on caution.

It's unlikely that you have premature ejaculation only because of the penile sensation alone. You can take Tab. Duralast 30mg one hour before intercourse, it would help in getting prolonged ejàculation
