Premature ejaculation and urine urgency

Hi i am facing sudden premature ejaculation from one year now a days i feel like its hard to control pee and feels like frequent urination. Also as i touch my penis i am ejaculating quickly when i trying to control its getting tough. Also feel like can't control my motion please help me suddenly i dont know wht happened
