Based on your description, you are able to achieve and maintain a good erection, but you ejaculate within 10â15 seconds of penetration. This is suggestive of premature ejaculation (PE). If this has been happening consistently for several months, causes distress, and you are unable to delay ejaculation despite trying, it is likely to be lifelong or persistent premature ejaculation, which is a common and treatable condition.
Since your erection is good, this is not erectile dysfunction. Premature ejaculation can occur due to increased penile sensitivity, heightened sexual excitement, psychological factors, or neurobiological causes. Many men with PE have otherwise normal sexual health.

Dear Practo User,
Dear Practo User,
The issue as described you above is termed as premature ejaculation/early ejaculation. However judging yourself on the basis of Masturbation is not the correct way. As there is a difference between what you do with your hand and what you do in reality.
Also I would personally not recommend you to do Masturbation. As Masturbation may give you temporary satisfaction but may impact your sexual life. Also you have started developing issue of premature ejaculation.
However this issue is not a major cause to worry as there are medications and treatment available for the same.
