Premature ejaculation and ED sometimes
Hello Dr, I'm having problems with premature ejaculation since the beginning.
I'm married and have kids.
I discharge within a minute of penetrating and this is since the beginning.
Having Sex every 2nd or 3rd day from past 12 years with the same issue.
ED rarely happens.
Brief info about me.
High BP as always. (Lower is always above 110)
I'm a heavy smoker.
No drinking.
No workout at all.
Very spicy foods all the time.

5 to 7 cups of milk tea a Day.
Mostly meat as food or rice.
