My today's BP reading was 140/60. Is it on higher side? Can this be controlled and be back in normal range..?? 6 months back reading was 130/80, 130/90. Since last night I was bit stressed for some reasons.. couldn't sleep well too. And didn't had food on time as well. My general lifestyle too is not very healthy as I sleep late in night around 2-3pm wakes up at around 9:30-10 and generally have very less exercises. Non smoker. Any suggestions will help. ThankYou !
