My name is Raju, when I go to hospital, I get scared when I check BP, and the pressure increases, what is the reason, I get the feeling that BP is high, I have a BP machine at home, I always check, sometimes it is not high, sometimes it is low, 140/100 second reading is 134. /97   3rd round reading comes 124/88 or 91, always thinking about BPam doing it, now I am walking 5km every day, and doing pranayama but whenever I want to check BP, then I get scared, my mind is disturbed, do I really have BP, I contacted physcristic doctor, when I said that it is the other, he gave me pills like anxtey a)Ventab dxt 25 B)Petril-md 0.25 taking this, my, what is the question now am always checking bp then feel a bit scared what i do am dayli wlaking 5km and do pranayama

1.no alcohol 2. reduce body weight if over wt 3. no smoking/ tobacco/drugs/ avoid pollution 4. diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. fast. spicy / processed/ junk food. less sugar, potato, rice. Less salt. 5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 7. meditation daily for 10 mts. 6-8 hrs of sleep at night 8. expose ur body to sun for 15-20 mts daily after some oil massage to get vit d. 9. take more water 10 maintain oral hygiene Medicine can not be advised for open question ,for medicine and further advise contact on private consults Good luck
