My lmp was aug 30 now i feel lower abdominal pain and bach ache and also breast pain....is it symptoms of pregnency....but my home pregnemcy test is negative...i have strong abdominal pain

If not a pregnancy then it may be due to harmonal disturbance,for which other tests needs to be done as well including an ultrasound
