LMP aug 24 2018,3 negative UPTs

Asked for Female, 33 Years

I had my last period on Aug 24 2018,my cycle is usually 30-34 days and periods are regular.Trying for baby by doing follicular scans. Its been 49 days since LMP and I have not got periods yet with 3 negative Urine pregnancy tests. Is it possible that these would be false negative? Please advice what to do next.
