Suferring from lower abdomen n back pain or feeling vomity n triedness.i had check for the pregnency test as it finally a negetive.i had gone trough internet about pregnency i dont found to match me..so i want to know what it is

it can be anything from stomach infection to pelvic inflammatory disease ...it is best to consult a gynaecologist so that proper examination and treatment can be given .
