Pregnency risk
Hello Doctor, I would like to discuss my pregnancy risk and my current symptoms. My last menstrual period started on 29 June and ended around 3 July. I had unprotected intercourse on 5 July (withdrawal) and again on 6 July, during which ejaculation occurred inside. I took an emergency contraceptive pill (levonorgestrel/i-Pill) on 8 July, within about 48 hours. A few days later, I noticed some brown spotting, along with breast pain. Today, I am having moderate brown bleeding that is enough to require a sanitary pad, along with severe lower abdominal pain. My menstrual cycles are usually irregular, often longer than 40 days. Could you please let me know whether these symptoms are likely to be side effects of the emergency contraceptive pill, or if they could indicate another problem?

These are the symptoms of Contraceptive Pill, as these pills increase the Uterine Contractility that is why you lower Abd pain. Do gynae consultation for your late periods,it could be becoz of PMOS or may be other factors like Over weight, DM Thyriod pblm and so on.
