Afi is on higher side.
Pl do fbs,ppbs,hba1c and Dipsi test.Take tt accordingly.
A course of antibiotic and good haematinic is must.

Liquor volume is higher than normal.have you been screened for gestational diabetes? If not please do GTT and consult a diabetologist
