Eat healthy and balanced diet avoid oily spicy and sugery food, take iron tablet after food,if no relief please reach out

Hi. Sometimes  taking Susten twice causes nausea and vomiting . You can stop theday time dose and continue at night after food . This will reduce the nausea .

Good evening... -For few patients symptoms will be there till 5 th month or more also. And gases can cause tightness of abdomen -Eat less spicy , and masala food . Drink plenty of water . -Take tab. Zofer 4mg before food twice daily for 5 days .for vomiting to subside . - syrup. Sucral twice daily 15 ml for 5 days. - stop iron and calcium for 1 week and see for symptoms if reduced . If even after the medication if still not reduced see a gastroenterologist.
