Result in urine test comes positive but sac is not identified in scan no vazinal bleeding and stomach pain iam 7 weeks pregnent in hcg test result comes 39040 on 7 th week there is a cyst shown in scan . Scan report is in thick endometrium next what i doing

Hello, You are likely to have ectopic pregnancy or molar pregnancy. Visit a reputed sonologist to rule out the same.

Sr beta hcg 39040 means the sac shoud be seen , repaet Ultrasound transvaginal. If no finding then as you also mentioned about ovarian cyst.some abnormal ovarian cyst also have high beta hcg so need to follow it .hydatidiform mole, Ectopic pregnancy all shoud be ruled out.

With 39040 beta Hcg Gestational SAC should be seen. If no... Then there is a doubt of ectopic pregnancy or hydatidiform mole (molar pregnancy) .. Please consult senior sonologist.
