Is it important to use first morning urine for pregnency test.after peeing first urine I did with second time urine sample ??is it right??

It's fine. You can do with any sample. It doesn't change the result. When was last period date? And when did you take the test? Check pack of test kit follow instructions. See that result is not invalid
