Helo Dr. We are trying for baby 3mnth before we married.my period cycle is regular my don't is if we are in daily in relation can immediately pregnant or he many time we are in relation for a month. My period cycle is 38 to 31 days

It can take up to 1 year for healthy couples to conceive. Have frequent intercourse between day 10-19 of periods which are most fertile. Start tab folic acid once daily. Good luck
