Hello doctors I am 5 months pregnant lady but I want to follow my skin care routine like  10 percent niacianamide serum,dermaco face wash, can I use this type of products for face during pregnancy?

just use a gentle cleanser according to your akin type, a moisturiser and only physical sunscreen having contect like zinc oxide or titanium dioxide. you can use vit c serum though but sometimes it doesnot suits some skin so wait for that

10% niacinamide would be too strong Reduce the concentration if possible If you can avoid it, better to do so during pregnancy For face wash, depends on what it contains
