If beyond 7 weeks if no heartbeat can be seen, nothing can be done to salvage the pregnancy. The discharge indicates it is about to expel. You can consult your doctor regarding evacuation.

If at 7 weeks no heart action is seen then most probably the foetus has perished. You may get a second sonography done but ultimately you will need a D&C .

U need to proceed with termination of pregnancy At 7 weeks heart beat shud hv formed The fetus is not doing fine Nature is trying to expell an unhealthy pregnancy No point waiting
