Hello, first of all congratulations for the pregnancy. As I can understand you experience some symptoms of OCD. OCD is one of the anxiety disorders and the symptoms can worsen in stressful circumstances and also with the hormonal changes that occur during pregnancy.
Next Steps
You should consult a psychiatrist as soon as possible if you think you cannot manage the symptoms of OCD without medicines. After detailed assessment, you will be advised for therapy and if required, low dose medicines which are safe for you and your baby will be prescribed.
Health Tips
Do not start any medicines without consultation as some of the medicines for OCD can be harmful for the growing foetus, especially in the first 3 months of pregnancy when baby's body parts are being formed.
