Pregnant or not?

i got my periods last on 13th March, i went thru the follicular study post that got an HCG injection 5000 on the 18th day. attaching the report of my follicular monitoring. I have a 29 / 31 day cycle which has always been on time. I was supposed to get my periods on the 12th of April but haven't got it yet. Did a pregnancy test yesterday but came negative. Can i be pregnant?

Can u tell me what medications u took before and after the hcg inj?
U can still be pregnant. Repeat ur urine pregnancy test after one week if u haven't got ur cycles by then.
OR u could go for a bHCG blood test today to see if u r pregnant.
