Don't drink coffee. Saffron it's just a placebo. Doesn't help in hemoglobin. Eat lot of green leafy vegetables, fruits mainly apple, you can take iron, folic acid and calcium tablets.

Take calcium+ iron + folic acid      two cup per day.     4. 5 strands.   Anything excess is bad  pray to your god and read spiritual
