Pregnant and pre diabetes
I am in 21st week my weight before pregnancy was 58.3 and after pregnancy in 21st week it is 59.7 to 60 kg. My diabetes raises in the morning and night. Lunch time it is very normal. Morning when I switched to salad with chickpeas sugar is normal. Is this enough for bf and night time I finish my dinner by 7.30. I either take multigrain atta dosa or millet vermicelli for dinner what other changes I can do? Please suggest

Hi.. in pregnancy you have to monitor your Sugar once or twice in a week. Check HbA1c. Every month. In pregnancy your fasting sugar is 70-80 and your any PP sugar less than 120-130.and Switch to Sugar restricted diet. For more information please contact me on practo.

Try to take bed time meal also.. milk plus some nuts. With sugar dysfunction you can’t take 7:3 meal and be hungry till next day morning. Consult for detailed guidance and sugar control. It is very important to know how you have to manage your meals
