Pregnant and pinch like vein pain
I already have 1 baby boy of 3 yr..and now I planned sec baby..I m pregnant and checked yesterday on due date of period but sometime I feel twinkle pinch like pain in lower abdomen..is it normal .presently I continue with boh all 9 multivitamin from the month I started to plan..then can I continue with same tablet..in pregnancy till I consult the doctor
