Pregnancy with left tube and right ovary
I have endometrioma 3.4 cm in left ovary with the fallopian tube but right ovary is fine with no tube due to ectopic pregnancy. I have one daughter. I want to know is it possible to get pregnant with my existing conditions. My amh and other tests are normal. Periods are also normal with 28 days cycle... What should i do to get naturally pregnant. What medication or treatment i should take other than ivf.
