Pregnancy with Irregular Periods
I have irregular periods with 35 to 37 days cycle. I had induced ovulation via Hcg and conceived, but had miscarried due to blighted ovum. After 2 months I naturally conceived. I had my first scan and gestation sac of 5w4d is formed. Doctor asked me to repeat scan in 2 weeks to check the fetal pole. I am very tensed if this would also be a blighted ovum. Is irregular periods a cause of not having heartbeat? Please help me.

Hi. Donot worry . Most of   the first trimester abortions are due to genetic anomalies in the fetus . Not necessary to have again . Take Susten 200 daily at bedtime for 2 weeks . Chek yr thyroid functiontest and BlSugar. All the best .

Irregular cycles is the common reason. You have to wait for next scan in 2 weeks for a clear picture.
