Hi I am 14 weeks pregnant last week I took NT scan in that everything is marked as normal but placenta position they mentioned as posterior low lying covering the os what does it mean???but as of now i did't face any issues like bleeding it's something do I need to worry about in upcoming days ??can I do my normal activity?? Will it create a problem?? please clarify... thanks in advance.

It means nothing at 14 weeks pregnancy. The things will change as the pregnancy advances.

not all low lying placenta bleed
you don't need to worry but you need avoid a pelvic jerk because the pelvic jeek can initiate bleeding
